Tenor CallRelay Session Border Controller

Quintum's Tenor Call Relay Session Border Controllers provide a VoIP conduit between IP networks allowing for end to end VoIP communications across multiple IP networks.  All calls are switched through multiple IP networks with just one single compression and decompression of the voice.  The result is less latency and higher voice quality as the call passes from network to network.

The Tenor Call Relay allows VoIP endpoints, such as VoIP gateways, IP phones and IP soft phones which are behind a Network Address Translation (NAT) firewall, to communicate with VoIP networks on other external IP networks.  This allows both enterprises and service providers to expand their VoIP networks to home offices, branch offices, customers, partners, and across the public Internet.

Tenor Call Relay also provides a single point for call management, administration and security at the edge of your VoIP network.

With this unique intelligent VoIP network switching, Tenor Call Relay makes expanding VoIP calling both easy and risk free.  Call Relay is available in two versions: Enterprise Call Relay 60 supports up to 60 simultaneous VoIP calls;  Call Relay SP supports up to 672.

Tenor Gatekeeper

Quintum's Tenor GateKeeper gives enterprises and service providers a standalone H.323 compliant gatekeeper for VoIP networks.  The Tenor GateKeeper provides the call routing and administration for all of the H.323 VoIP endpoints in your network, including gateways, IP phones and PC clients.

The Quintum Tenor GateKeeper provides the unique ability to dynamically self configure the VoIP routing database.  It will also support static routing to provide connectivity to endpoints that are not part of your VoIP network.  The advanced call routing enables the Tenor GateKeeper to provide load balancing among multiple gateways.  The Tenor GateKeeper also provides for authentication / authorization of all calls in your VoIP network.

To keep VoIP service running smoothly over your network, you need immediate access to all of your Tenor switches – whether they're around the corner or around the world. Quintum's Remote Management Session Server, with patent pending technology, provides this critical capability by allowing you to easily and securely manage all of your distributed Tenor VoIP switches from a single, intuitive application.  It provides the complete system configuration, performance monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote upgrade functionality you need to maintain and optimize the health of VoIP services – even if you have to manage Tenor switches that are behind NAT firewalls.

The Remote Management Session Server resides either on the public IP network, or within the DMZ behind a firewall, and upon request, sets up a secure management channel between the configuration and management platform, and a Tenor Switch that is securely located behind a NAT firewall, with either a static or dynamic IP address.

Whether you're an Enterprise, Value Added Reseller, or Service Provider, the Remote Management Session Server allows you to remotely install and manage Tenor switches at your clients' or customers' sites – anytime – anywhere. Tenor Monitor

Tenor Monitor software is Quintum's newest, most flexible, most user-friendly tool for monitoring alarms, call status, and CDRs on a Tenor-based VoIP network in real time.  The Tenor Monitor offers a host of features that allows network managers to monitor up to 1,000 alarms, 10,000 call events and 10,000 CDRs on Tenor-equipped VoIP networks, right from their desktop.

Tenor Monitor allows managers to collect, sort and analyze a vast amount of data.  It offers a directly accessible navigation tree, built-in email capability, online debug tracers, easy to use chart management and a content-sensitive web-based online help function.

Tenor Monitor can monitor up to three Tenor VoIP switches simultaneously, each that has an embedded Tenor Monitor Agent that can handle up to eight simultaneous Tenor Monitor sessions.  The Tenor Monitor Client can display up to 18 real time sessions at one time and has the ability to store up to 100 monitor configurations.
